We love providing the pizza, drinks and open air space for small casual gatherings as part of our regularly scheduled pizza nights. (Emphasis on the word casual). This can work well for groups of 10-60 people.
We look forward to welcoming your group to the farm this season!

"Greenhouse"aka Adventure House
This enclosed heated and cooled rustic building is available for rental during our pizza events for the entire evening. It holds 20 people comfortably. Included in the rental are tables and chairs. This space is great for birthdays, corporate functions, showers or a family reunion.
Your rental time is from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm during a pizza night.
Cancel your reservation up to 7 days in advance of the date to avoid the full rental fee plus tax.

Maple Patio
It holds 20 people comfortably. Included in the rental are tables and chairs. Open air but covered.

FarmHer's Tables
We have a limited amount of tables and chairs in and around the Pizza Shak, and seating is first come, first serve. You are encouraged to bring blankets, and chairs for a picnic style experience.
Monarch Tunnel Event Space
Tucked beside our garden beds, the Monarch Tunnel offers a quieter, more serene experience — perfect for groups who want a peaceful gathering space with an outside view from the bottom of the valley. Enjoy a mix of seating and picnic tables, surrounded by the beauty of the farm. A favorite for evening golden hour and intimate celebrations. Seats up to 200

CELEBRATIONS AND GATHERINGS
What We Can Provide: - Casual dining experience - Advance access to booking a specific reservation time for your group - Wood-fired pizza and drinks - Use of our tables and chairs - Dining under cover in your choice of one of our farm spaces available.

Must be booked a mimimum of 2-4 weeks in advance.
Private event booking Interested in having the FarmHer’s Table all to yourselves on a day we are not open to the public? We can possibly accommodate your group April-October! Please inquire below for availability. We charge $500 to open on a non pizza night. This is in addition to any food and beverages you purchase. It takes quite a bit to get things up and running on a day we aren’t open, so we need to charge this additional fee to help offset the cost of extra staffing and additional operating costs. We also charge a non-refundable booking fee of $100 (this goes towards the $500 for your private event, the remaining $400 will be due the day of your event). A minimum 18% gratuity will be applied to the total food/beverage bill. Event time would be 3 hours max. Sorry, we are not able to make refunds or change your date if you change your mind. If the weather is stormy and we cancel, we will contact you as early as possible, and will post on the FB event page, and we will refund your deposit.
Pizza Order and Payment for groups of 20 or less We will email you with the menu approximately one week before your reservation and will take your order electronically. Our preference is for all pizzas to be paid on a single bill at the register on pizza night. Drinks can either be part of the pizza bill or guests can pay separately, according to your preference.

What We Ask: - Pick up all trash and recycling (and make sure your guests understand this policy too) - We are strict about our no outside alcohol policy. No BYOB.
Rain or Shine? All reserved tables will be placed under covered spaces (pizza shak or high tunnel in case of rain (or sun).
Accessibility: Movement between the shak, restrooms for guests with mobility limitations might be tricky as we are not set up for wheelchairs yet. If you have a guest in a wheelchair or using a walker or crutches, you are welcome to drop them off at the shak so they can avoid traversing grass and gravel, and they can move within the shak easily
Finer Details Hold-the-Date Reservation Fee: $100 Bar Service: $75 for 3 hour bartender service required to provide wine/beer at your event. No outside alcohol may be brought on premise. $100/hour for extended stay. Advance permission required. Tax and gratuity will be added. A 3% credit card convenience fee will be applied.
